Force a Password Reset for a User

Scope
The following steps will allow you to reset a user password and send them an account recovery email.
Intended Audience: All Users
Requirements
Office Manager access or higher to the Manager Portal
Reset a Single User
- Log into the Manager Portal
- Click on the Users button
- At the far right of the user you want to reset click on the Edit icon then click on Advanced
- On the next page check off the Automatically send recovery email after password reset option and then click Force Password Reset
- The user will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
Reset Multiple Users
- Log into the Manager Portal
- Click on the Users button
- Select each of the users you would like to reset
- Click the Bulk Action button
- Select the radio option for Force Password Reset and Automatically send recovery email after password reset then click Complete Action
- The users will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
