This article outline how to use Bulk Edit for mass updates for items such as time zone, caller ID, Emergency Caller ID, Scope, Departments and many more.
Requirements
Office Manager Access or higher
Bulk Edit Users
- Navigate to Users
- The Bulk Action, Bulk Edit, and Delete options will display only after selecting users.
- This is the Bulk User Edit modal. Select fields and values and then click Save. The changes will be applied toward all users that were selected.
Bulk Actions
- From the portal, you can also select multiple users & perform bulk actions. This allows for resets, welcome emails & password resets with ease.
