OneBill SSL Certificate Renewal
Table of Contents
Scope
Intended Audience: Resellers with OneBill
OneBill domains require a valid SSL certificate in order to function properly. This certificate is typically renewed yearly. In order for a branded UI that points to a domain that you own to work correctly, it must have a valid security certificate. This article highlights the renewal process.
Requirements:
- SSLS.com access
- Your certificate provider will reach out to you letting you know your license is expiring.
- Generate a certificate signing request (CSR) for each domain that needs renewal.
- Once submitted, your provider will verify your identity and ownership of the domain. The methods they use will vary depending on the type of certificate ordered.
- After verification, your SSL provider will send you with the certificate and domain key. Please email these files to [email protected] . Be sure to include any intermediary certificates provided by your reseller.
- Billing will send the files to OneBill. They will then update their system and provide confirmation that the renewal is complete.
