OneBill: Edit Business Profile Branding

The following steps will show you how to edit your business profile in OneBill for the branding of your invoices, quotes, etc.
Requirements
- Logo (150x100px PNG is recommended)
- Access to OneBill
- Hex Color Codes for Color Branding
Business Profile
- Navigate to Config > Settings in your OneBill platform.
- Select Business Profile
- Edit/ Update any of the following information:
- Business Name: Name of your business. This is a required field. It is used in documents like quotes or on the notifications sent from the system.
- Business Address: This is the address where your business is located.
- City: This is the name of the city where your business is located.
- Province/State: This is the name of the state or province where your business city is located.
- Country: This is the name of the country where your business is located.
- ZipCode: This is the system of postal codes used by the city of business.
- Branded URL: This Custom URL field must be provided with the custom URL created to access the OneBill platform. This URL will be used by the application in the notifications which are sent out. This URL will not work as expected until it is configured accordingly.
- Logo: This is the logo shown in the header section of the application (top left corner). This is ideally your company/business logo. Select Choose File to upload the image for your logo. The header of your application will reflect the logo as you Save the changes. This logo would also be used as the default logo for quote document, payment receipts etc.
- Theme Color: The theme color would be the color that is shown on the top palette, buttons and to highlight the selected section. Please note that the value entered here would have to be a 6 digit hex code for the color required.
- Menu Category Color: This field would choose the color for the menu items which are not selected

Menu Category Font Color: This field would determine the color of the font for the text displayed in the menu heading. This color does control the sub-items inside a menu
- Scroll to the bottom and click Update
