OneBill: Create Custom URLs for Admin and SelfCare

Scope
The following steps will show you what is needed in order to set up custom URLs to log in to OneBill and for your customers to log in to the selfcare portal.
Requirements
- Custom URL Name
- CNAME Record for Custom URL Name (Pointing to app.onebillsoftware.com)
- Access to OneBill
- SSL Certificate Files
- SSLCertificateFile (.crt file)
- SSLCertificateKeyFile (.key file)
- SSLCACertificateFile (bundle file)
Custom Admin UI URL
These steps will show you how to set up the URL for the OneBill portal to which you (the reseller) log in to.
- Log in to OneBill
- Go to Config > Settings
- Go to the Business Profile Tab
- Enter in the Custom URL you would like to use to log in to the OneBill portal under Branded URL.
- Create the CNAME Record to have the Branded URL to point to app.onebillsoftware.com
Send an email to the billing department with the SSL Certificate Files needed and the URL you will be using so that OneBill can set it up on their web server.
Custom Selfcare URL
These steps will show you how to set up the URL for the OneBill portal to which your customer (the subscriber) will log in.
- Log in to OneBill
- Go to Config > Settings
- Go to the Selfcare Tab
- Enter in the Custom URL you would like to use for your subscribers to log in to the OneBill portal under Custom Selfcare URL.
- Create the CNAME Record to have the Branded URL to point to app.onebillsoftware.com
- Send an email to the billing department with the SSL Certificate Files needed and the URL you will be using so that OneBill can set it up on their web server.
