Scope
Intended Audience: White Label Partners and Members of the Client Success team
This article outlines how to create a group in Mobile-X. Each group corresponds to a client.
Requirements
- Access to Mobile-X Control Panel
- PBX Domain of Client
Create Group
- Log in to Mobile-X Control Panel
- Navigate to the Reseller.
- For Channel Partner, Channel Client, or Direct it should be the OIT reseller.
- For Channel Partner, Channel Client, or Direct it should be the OIT reseller.
- Click + New Group
- Complete the following fields:
- Name: Customer's PBX Domain (exclude the .<resellerid>.service
- Description: Client Name
- Domain: Customer's full PBX Domain
- Limit SIM access: Off
- Inherit Configuration: On
- Home Location: United States of America (USA)
- Country: United States (US)
- Enter the client's address for the address lines
- Contact Number: Enter the client's 11 digit phone number
- Click Save
