This document will show you how to create a bundle package for Toll-Free Usage in Datagate.
Requirements:
- Access to Datagate
- Log in to Datagate
- Click on Bundles
- Click the + Icon
- Add a Bundle Name and Click Save
- Click the Bundle Name of the bundle you just added
- Click Quantities
- Click the + Icon
- Complete the following information:
- Name: Name of Bundle
- Type: Quantity Bundling
- Quantity: Multiply the number of minutes by 60 and enter the total: Ex. for 100 minutes you would enter 6000
- Service: TollFree
- Record Type: Inbound Tollfree

Display Units: Minutes
- Click Save
You have now created a Toll-Free Usage Bundle
- Log in to Datagate
- Click Product Templates
- Click the + icon to add a new Product Template
- Complete the following information:
- Code: SKU
- Product Label: Product Description

In Advance Setting: One Month in Arrears
- Usage is billed in the arrears
- Bundle: Select the bundle you created
- Tax Code: Enter SureTax/ Tax Engine Code. Reach out to your compliance expert for this if you do not know it.

Allow ProRata: Checked
- Click Add Charge
- Complete the following and hit Add Charge:
- Name: Product Description
- Charge Model: Per Unit
- Cost: Enter your cost
- Sell: Price you will be charging your customers

Qty: This will always be 1
- Hit Save
You have now created a Toll-Free usage bundle product. Use this doc to add the usage bundle product to your customer:

Scope
Products are the fixed monthly charges that are provisioned for a customer to allow simple recurring billing of the fixed portion of their invoice.
Requirements
- Access to Datagate
- Navigate to the customer you will be adding products to.
- Click on the Products tab.
- Click the + button and choose Add Product
- Select a product template from the Template dropdown
- Change the from date to the day you would like invoicing for this product to begin.
- Hover over the Recurring Charges/Period and click edit to change the sell and quantity of the product
- Click update charge when completed.
- Click the floppy disk to save.
