OneBill: Change Quantities on Existing Products

Scope
The following steps will show you how to change the quantities of products for your customers.
Requirements
- Access to OneBill
Change Quantities
- Log in to OneBill
- Go to the Subscriber Account
- Go to the Products Owned section.
- Click on the + sign next to the product you are changing the quantity of.
- Click the gear next to the product and click on Modify.
- Click on Review to move to the next screen.
- Update the quantity you are adding to the existing product. To remove products, see Cancel a Product
- Click on Submit to finalize the changes in the previous step.
Activate Order
- Go to the Orders Tab
- Your order should be in Pending Billing status. Select the gear icon and click Activate.
- Select all the products you wish to activate and update the activation date to the day you want the change to take effect. Click Start Billing.
NOTE: If you have already billed for this and it is backdated, this will create a credit and recharge the product
- The product status will update to Partially Fulfilled. Once the activation date has passed, it will change to Billing Active
