Find Yealink Phone IP Address

1. From the Yealink phone select Menu.
2. Select Status.
3. Select Network.
4. Select IPv4 Status.
5. Take note of the IP address for the next steps.

Configure Yealink Phone

1. Using any web browser navigate to the IP address from the above step.
2. Log in. The default credentials are admin/admin.
   
3. Click on Settings.
   
4.  At the left menu click on Auto Provision.
   
5. In Server URL enter the provisioning URL for your account, followed by the Global One Time Password and Username or the per device password.

6. Once that is done, Click confirm at the bottom of the screen.
   

1. Once the page refreshes click on Autoprovision Now. Your phone will download the config and reboot at least once. It may reboot more if it needs to update the firmware.
   

Configure Yealink Phone (Web GUI of T54W)

1. Using any web browser navigate to the IP address from the above step (They are basically the same settings from T48, with just a different look in it)
2. Log in. The default credentials are admin/admin
   
3. Click on Settings
   
4. At the left menu click on Auto Provision
   
5. In Server URL enter the provisioning URL for your account, followed by the Global One Time Password and Username or the per device password

Server URL: http://ndp.ucaasnetwork.com/cfg

6. Once that is done, Click confirm at the bottom of the screen.
   
7. Once the page refreshes click on Autoprovision Now. Your phone will download the config and reboot at least once. It may reboot more if it needs to update the firmware
   

Troubleshooting

1. Log into the phone's web GUI.
2. Click on the Security tab.
   
3. Click on Trusted Certificates on the left.
   
4. Toggle Only Accept Trusted Certificates to Off
   
5. Click Confirm.
   
6. Reboot the phone and it should pull the configuration.
