Scope

Intended Audience: White Label Partners, Channel Partners

This article covers the reporting and analytics capabilities available in Manager Portal Pro (MPP). MPP extends the standard NetSapiens platform with enhanced billing reports and on-demand exports.

 

Requirements

  • Active manager portal login with Reseller scope or higher
  • Access to the Management menu in MPP (visible to Reseller and Super User scopes only)
 

Overview

MPP goes beyond standard NetSapiens reporting by providing:

  • Billing-level reports — view billable user counts and feature adoption across your territory, broken down by domain
  • On-demand exports — download any report as CSV, or export full phone hardware and number inventories
  • Filterable interface — most reports support date ranges, search, sorting, and pagination, with data automatically scoped to your territory

Reports Available to Partners

Partners with Reseller scope access the following reports via the Management menu. All data is automatically filtered to your assigned territory.

PBX Feature Counts

The core billing report. Shows billable users broken down by domain within your territory — the source of truth for how many active users, seats, and features are provisioned.

  1. Navigate to the Management menu
  2. Select PBX Feature Counts
  3. Results are automatically filtered based on your assigned territory and domain scope
  4. Click the download icon (↓) in the report toolbar to export as CSV

UC Integrator Counts

Tracks adoption of UC integration features across your domains. Shows which domains are actively using integration capabilities and at what volume — useful for measuring add-on uptake and identifying upsell opportunities.

  1. Navigate to the Management menu
  2. Select UC Integrator Counts
  3. Review feature adoption by domain

Export Capabilities

On-Demand CSV Downloads

Every report includes a download icon (↓) in the toolbar. Exports respect your scope — Resellers receive data filtered to their territory automatically.

  1. Open any report from the Management menu
  2. Apply any desired filters (date range, search) — territory and domain are automatically scoped
  3. Click the download icon (↓) in the report toolbar
  4. The CSV file downloads to your local machine

Inventory Exports

MPP provides two specialized exports for hardware and number auditing:

What It Includes

Phone Hardware Inventory MAC address, model, domain, SIP ALG status, lines 1–6 configuration
Phone Numbers Inventory Phone number, domain, treatment type, destination, enabled status

These exports are scope-aware — Resellers receive inventory filtered to their territory.

  1. Navigate to the Inventory page
  2. Select either Phone Hardware or Phone Numbers
  3. Click the Export button
  4. The CSV file downloads with data filtered to your territory

Recommended Workflows

Audit Your Inventory

  1. Export Phone Hardware — generate a full device inventory (MAC, model, line config) for network audits or hardware refresh
  2. Export Phone Numbers — pull a complete list of numbers, treatments, and destinations for porting or compliance reviews

Track Feature Adoption

  1. Review UC Integrator Counts — monitor which domains use integration features to identify upsell opportunities
