Configure Holiday Routing

Scope
Intended Audience: All Users
This article outlines the process for configuring Holiday Routing. The PBX does not have a function for recurring holidays, so it is recommended to review this routing at least once per year to ensure it is configured correctly.
Requirements
- Office Manager Access to Manager Portal or higher
Create Holiday Time Frame
- Log in to the Manager Portal
- Navigate to Time Frames
- Click Add Time Frame
- Set the Name to Holidays
- Select Specific Dates or Ranges
- Add the dates of expected closure using the + icon
- Click Save
Update Time of Day Routing
- Navigate to Inventory
- Click on the number to update
- Under Select time frame for new rule, choose Holidays and click the + icon
- Set the Treatment and Destination
- Drag the Holidays rule to the top
- Click Save
