Enable A Disabled Time Frame on a TOD Routing User

Intended Audience: All Users
This article outlines how to enable a disabled time frame for a TOD Routing user.
Requirements
- Office Manager Access to Manager Portal or higher
- TOD Routing User
- Log in to the Manager Portal
- Navigate to Users
- Uncheck Hide System Users
- The extension of the system user is the 11-digit phone number
- Go to the Answering Rules tab
- Click on the answering rule with the black Disabled tag
- Check Enabled
- Click Save
