Intended Audience: Channel Partners
The following steps will show you how to complete the channel partner commission form.
Requirements
- Access to Partner Central
- Bank Routing and Account Information
- Log in to Partner Central.
- Click on the Sales Hub tab at the top.
- Scroll to the section above the Product Datasheets and select Channel Partner Commission Form.

Enter the following information:
- Name
- Company Name
- Select Bank Account Type
- Select if Personal or Business Account
- Bank Name
- Bank City/State
- Account Number
- Routing Number
- Voided Check and W9: If you do not have checks for this account, you can upload a screenshot from your bank showing your routing and account number OR a direct deposit form provided by your bank.

Read and agree to the terms.
- Sign and Date
- Click Submit.
- You have now completed the form and the finance department will send your commissions electronically. Typical processing time is 7 business days.
