Intended Audience: White Label Partners
The following information will help you better understand what the items on your bill are.
Recurring Charges
Highwater mark: All recurring charges are determined each month by the highest count of the active seats or respective features within your domain between bill cycles.
- WLP (PPM or Bundled) User Seat: Any end-user identity with one or more device(s)provisioned. A device is not required to be registered for a Seat to be counted. A device can be hardware phones, Softphones, ATAs, or Fax ATAs. Conference users are also included in this product.
- WLP (PPM or Bundled) Call Center Seat: Any User with a Call Center Agent or Supervisor scope assigned. A device is not required to be registered for a Seat to be counted. A device can be hardware phones, Softphones, ATAs, or Fax ATAs
- WLP (PPM or Bundled) SIP Trunk - Per Call Channel: A single call path when a User Seat license is not required.
- WLP Call Recording Storage: Any end-user identity with one or more device(s) provisioned Recordings are automatically purged after 30 days. This product is for additional storage.
- WLP Voicemail Transcription: Any single User activated or all Users if activated at the domain level.
- WLP DID: Direct Inward Dialing - available in USA and Canada.
- WLP Toll-Free DID: Toll-Free dialing - available from within USA and Canada.
- WLP Billing - (OneBill or Datagate): The Monthly Fee for Billing Services shall be calculated as a percentage of the amount billed by RESELLER to its customers for the previous month (including taxes but not including any RESELLER write-offs), based upon the ‘Monthly Reseller Billed Revenue' and "Percentage' in the below schedule.

- WLP E-911: It is the responsibility of RESELLER to ensure that all end users have correct 911 Caller ID information entered in the PBX portal. If this information is not entered, callers will not be able to dial 911.
- WLP mFax DID: Direct Inward Dialing for faxing - available in USA and Canada
- WLP mFax User / Native Fax User: Any single User activated for faxing using mFax or Native Fax.
- Native Fax ATA: Amount of ATAs on your domains.
- WLP MS Teams Integration: the total amount of users set up with the PBX teams' integration.
- WLP Origination Local / Toll-Free: Every inbound (DID) call using the Services that connects is subject to the then applicable charges. Charges are applied per minute based on the Tier of the DID number dialed regardless of where the originator is located and/or the Caller ID number associated with the caller.
- WLP Termination Local / ILD: Every outbound call using the Services that connects is subject to the then applicable charges. All rates are determined on a country and/or city-specific basis.
- WLP Porting: We will charge you a one-time fee for each number that we port from another provider. Expedited port requests, which require manual processing may be charged an additional expedite fee
- Unprovisioned E911: In cases where a 911 Caller ID number is configured for an end user in the PBX portal, but that number is not properly registered in the 911 Portal for inclusion in the E911 location database, then RESELLER will be charged for an unprovisioned 911 call per Schedule B for call for each call to 911 dialed with such incorrect 911 Caller ID.
- WLP DID/Toll-Free/SMS DID: Setup charges are a one-time charge. No setup fee will be charged on subsequent orders or changes.
- Directory Listing: Calls to Directory Assistance are available to End Users by dialing 411 from any registered endpoint.
- WLP CNAM Storage or Update: Calling Name Display (CNAM) is an optional service that will fetch the caller's name on each inbound call so that it can be displayed to the called party along with the caller ID. Calls to customers that do not choose the CNAM option will contain only the calling party's number, when available. This service allows the telephone caller's phone number to be inserted into the National CNAM database with the caller's desired "display name" It is the receiving call carrier that is responsible to query the national CNAM database and display the information to the called party.
- Custom Programming: This is for any custom programming discussed with the support team. pricing is discussed via a support case.
- Monthly: This is the total amount of recurring charges on your invoice. The subtotal under your recurring charges section will equal this amount.
- OneTime/Misc Usage: This is not usage. This is the total of your Cost Recovery Surcharge surcharge under your Taxes and Surcharges section.
