This article outlines how to configure speech to text in an auto attendant, which allows users to speak their desired options rather than pressing one.
Requirements
- Office Manager Access to Manager Portal or higher
- Log in to the Manager Portal
- Navigate to Auto Attendants
- Select the Auto Attendant to modify
- Click the Cog icon on the right
- Select Speech Keywords
- Click on the desired option
- Enter a phrase or keyword for the option and click Add
- Continue adding keywords and phrases, clicking Add after each one. Repeat for all other options.
- Click Done
