Creating Feature Codes for TeamMate Connector

Scope:
This document will show you how to create feature codes for TeamMate Connector.
Requirements:
Access to TeamMate EPP.
Creating Feature Codes:
- Navigate to Teams Management
- Click Add Feature Code.

Input the feature code the PBX expects to see (i.e. ‘*35’ which is usually Extension Pickup).
- Write a label for the feature so the User will understand the purpose of the Feature Code.
- If the Feature requires an input – i.e. a Telephone Number, a number, or it does not (None) please specify.
- Select the Use Feature code in Call Control checkbox if you want the Feature Code to be available as a button within the Call Control Options Card during a call.
- Select Add Feature Code when ready to submit the Feature Code.
- Upon successful completion of Feature Code, you will be transferred to the Manage Feature Codes page and your Feature Code will be added to the grid.
