This article outlines how to review past meeting in SNAP.HD. SNAP.HD is a billable feature. To enable this, please contact Client Success.

 

Requirements

Basic User Access to Manager Portal or higher with SNAP.HD Meeting or SNAP.HD Webinar License

 

 

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal
  2. Click on Apps
  3. Select SNAP.HD
  4. Click View Past Meetings
  5. To see upcoming meetings switch to the Upcoming tab
  6. Click on the meeting to review additional details like attendees, start time, attendance rate, and settings
  7. Click Download to export a list of attendees, a chat log, or any files uploaded to the meeting
