10DLC: Assign SMS Number to a Campaign

Intended Audience: All End Users
This article outlines how to assign an SMS number to a 10DLC campaign. This is required to allow A2P Messaging.
Requirements
- Office Manager Access to Manager Portal or Higher
- Existing Campaign
Assign SMS Number
- Log in to the Manager Portal
- Navigate to Inventory
- Select the SMS Numbers tab
- Edit the desired number
- Select the campaign and click Save
- Once the campaign has been approved, users can send and receive SMS/MMS messages normally
