Configure Failover for a SIP Trunk
Scope
Intended Audience: White Label Partners or higher
This article outlines how to configure failover for a SIP trunk for use with an on-premise PBX or ATA device.
Requirements
- White Label Access to Manager Portal or higher
- Existing SIP trunk
- Log in to the Manager Portal
- Navigate to SIP Trunks
- Click on the desired trunk and go to the Failover tab
- Set Allow Failover to Yes
- Configure Call Forwarding for When busy, When offline, or When unanswered
- Click Save
