These are answers to the most frequently asked questions in regard to the OneBill Billing Platform.
- Can I generate quotes from OneBill?
a. Yes, you can! OneBill quotes will also give you an estimated amount of taxes when generating quotes so your customer can see their projected monthly cost. - Can I set up my MSP services in there?
a. Yes, while we already provide you with basic already tax-mapped VOIP products, you have the ability to add in your own products. Keep in mind, you will need to tax map them on your own. - Do I need a payment processor in order to receive credit card payments through the portal? Is it required?
a. No, it is not required for the OneBill platform to function. Yes, it is needed in order to collect payments via Credit card or ACH. - Does OneBill include tax compliance services?
a. No, we do not provide this service and it is not included with the platform. We are more than happy to send an intro email to our compliance partner. - Can I do custom branding to the OneBill platform?
a. Yes, you can customize the portal with your own logo and color scheme. You can also edit quote and invoice verbiage. - Can I add in my own Cost Recovery Fee?
a. Yes, you can add your own fees to your invoices. - Can I export invoices from OneBill?
a. Yes, you can export to Quickbooks Online. Invoices can be exported to Quickbooks Desktop using the program Transaction Pro.
