Install Progressive Web App for SNAPmobile Web

Scope
Intended Audience: All Users
The SNAPMobile Web - PWA (Progressive Web Application) allows users to install a standalone webphone to be used without requiring to open the manager portal to open the webphone.
Requirements
- Access to the Manager Portal
- Basic User or higher user scope
- Supported OS'
***While the PWA applet supports incoming call push notifications, due to a limitation of the Apple OSx software, Google Chrome is required to be running for the alerts to operate as expected for Mac devices.
- Log in to the Manager Portal
- From the top menu, select Apps > SNAPMobile Web
- Select the download icon in the address bar
- Click Install
- The SNAPMobile Web - PWA will now launch and can be used as normal.
- The app will then appear as a desktop and start menu icon which can be opened without needing to access the browser
