Scope:
The following steps will allow you to configure the Bria softphone application for use with your Hosted PBX service.
Requirements:
- SIP Credentials - Find how to get them here
- IOS or Android phone
- Bria app from iTunes or Google Play store
Note: Only voice calls are supported in the app. Messaging (SMS/MMS) will not function.
Download Bria
- Download and install Bria from the App Store here
- Download and install Bria from the Google Play Store here
Account Setup
- Open the Bria app
- Navigate to Settings > Accounts
- Click on the + icon at the bottom right
- Select SIP Making Calls
- Complete the following information using your SIP credentials
- Account Name: A descriptive name for this account
- Display As: Your name
- Username: Enter the Username
- Password: Enter the Password

Domain: Enter the Domain/Proxy
- Scroll down to Voice Mail > VM Number and enter 9901
- Scroll down to Account Extras > Account Advanced
- Complete the following information using your SIP credentials
- Outbound Proxy: sbc.ucaasnetwork.com
- Authorization Name: Enter the Username
- Select the checkmark at the top of the screen
- You will be presented with a notification for the Bria Push Service. This step is optional but recommended. Read the disclaimer then make your selection. Reach out to support if you have any questions on this.
- You should be redirected to the Accounts page. Your account should appear with a green icon indicating that it is registered
