Scope
This document will show you how to remove a user from the Mfax suppression list.
Requirements:
- Admin account on Mfax
Removing user from the suppression list
- Login into Mfax.
- Locate the user. (You will know if a user is suppressed if it has the deny symbol on it.)
- Click on the gear icon to go to the settings of the user.
- Scroll down to email section and then click on the Delete suppression button.
