Assign and Configure FaxBridge

Scope
This article will show you how to configure a FaxBridge for a client that already has a mFax account.
Requirements:
- Access to our mFax portal
Assign the FaxBridge
- Log into mFax Platform.
- Select FaxBridges.
- Filter for the serial number of the FaxBridge and select the cog icon.
- NOTE: If the FaxBridge is offline, you will see a red circle next to the serial number, if online, it will be green.
- Select Change on the Manager field.
- Select the account you wish to assign it to and click Confirm.
- Select Change on the Fax Number field
- Assign the number you wish the FaxBridge to receive faxes from.
