Intended Audience: All Users
As a general matter, you will not need to do anything with these IP addresses, because the provisioning servers will take care of SIP Device configuration. We will provide you with domain names that will resolve to these servers as necessary.
IP Addresses for Voice Services
Ensure that traffic is allowed from the following IP addresses
- 66.172.52.0/24 - SIP feature servers for ATL cluster (new)
- 136.175.205.0/24 - SIP feature servers for LAS cluster
- 136.175.207.0/24 - SIP feature servers for GRR cluster
IP Addresses for Additional Services
- 66.172.52.16 - Native Fax Server
- 136.175.207.44 - Provisioning Server
- 66.172.52.30, 136.175.205.33, 136.175.207.41 - Web & API
TCP and UDP Ports
The following TCP and UDP ports are in use by the system
- TCP ports 80 and 443 (for web UIs and provisioning servers)
- TCP & UDP port 5060 (for SIP signaling)
- UDP port 8889 (for Web Meetings and Video Conferences)
- UDP ports 20000-37999 (for RTP )
- TCP ports 8001 and 9002 (Web Phones, Portal Updates )
- TCP port 8000 (Auto-Attendant Text-To-Speech audio)
- UDP port 9999 (Auto-Attendant Text-To-Speech audio)
Monitoring
If you intend to set up monitoring, we recommend that you use our hostnames as they are the best representative of services.
