Provisioning Extra Lines to a Yealink Base Station

Scope:
This document will show you how to register a Yealink handset to a Base Station.
Requirements:
- Office Manager access to the PBX Portal
- Mac Address and model of the Yealink Base Station
Adding Additional Lines to the Base Station
- Login to your manager portal
- Once Logged in Navigate to Inventory
- Click on Phone Hardware
- Click on the Edit button next to the Base Station that you would like to add the additional lines to
- Note: This article assumes that you have already added the base to the portal as well as the additional sip phones, if not please use the steps in the following article How to Add a SIP Phone
- Add the additional Lines as per how many handsets will be connected to the base and click on Save and Resync
- If the phone if offline on the portal, this will not work, it will instead need to be provisioned manually
- Once the phone is back online each handset should be registered and be able to make and receive calls.
