Scope

Intended Audience: All End Users

This article outlines how to join a meeting in SNAP.HD. This can be done via computer or phone and does not require a SNAP.HD license.

Requirements

SNAP.HD Invite Link or Meeting ID (or Dial-In Number if joining from phone)

Join from Phone

Call the Dial-In Number from the meeting invite using any phone
When prompted, enter the meeting ID
When prompted for an audio ID, this should be on the join screen when joining from the computer. If joining via audio only, press #

Open the SNAP.HD Invite Link or go to the SNAP.HD webpage (contact your provider if unsure)
Log in with your PBX credentials or click Join as Guest
If joining as guest, enter your Name, Email, and Meeting ID. If joining as a user, click Join in the Meetings tab
Click Next
Configure audio and video settings, then click Join
