Scope
Intended Audience: Anyone
The following is a list of items that I keep in my "go" bags for travel. I add to it as needed. But generally I only need to add clothes.
Introduction
At minimum, I take the following two bags with me on every trip. If needed, I will bring a camera bag and other items as needed. Most of the items in these bags are dedicated to travel use and are duplicates of my daily use items. This keeps me from forgetting "that one thing" on trips. I've included links where possible.
Backpack
I carry a swiss gear laptop backpack for the past 10 years. It was a gift from my daughter and has been rock solid. I beat the hell out of this thing and you couldn't tell it was over a day old. In my earlier years I would carry this backpack around conferences. Now it mostly stays in my hotel room until needed. Yes, I'm old lol.

- Off brand leatherman (in case it disappears)
- Roll of thin velcro cable ties
- Double-sided gummy tape
- 12 pack of small altoid tins (I usually give some away after lunch)
- Portable 60" Cell Phone Selfie Stick Tripod Stand with Integrated Remote
- Rode Wireless Go II portable microphones with lavalier mics - Convenient because I can record directly to the transmitter, to my phone or to another mixer or computer.
- 15" portable monitor with USB-C and HDMI - Who doesn't want a second screen on the road?
- Personal laptop - Currently a frame.work but this changes often
- iPad Pro 12"

- Toiletry bag
- 3" of business cards
- Amazon laundry bag - So my clean clothes don't mix with dirty clothes
- USB multi-charger with PD
- Multi-Plug Outlet Extender
- Qi charging stand for cell phone and earbuds
- Wireless earbuds (Galaxy live or Jabra Elite 75t)
