mFax - Removing/Moving a FaxBridge

Intended Audience: Client Success or Tier 1 Technician
The following document will guide you through have to remove/move a FaxBridge from a mFax account. If a FaxBridge is broken and deletion from the portal is required, Documo must be contacted to complete this task
Requirements
Access to mFax
Steps
- Log into mFax Platform
- Select FaxBridges
- Filter for the serial number/and select the cog icon
- Click on the cog icon on the far right of the FaxBridge. In the FaxBridge settings, change the Manager back to OITVOIP.
- Make sure to toggle the "Is Active" button off so there are no MRC charges while the device is not in use
