Change your email notification settings

Scope
The following steps will guide you through configuring email notification settings.
Requirements:
- Access to the mFax web portal
Change Notification Settings
- Login to your account
- Select your name at the top right and click Settings
- Select the Fax tab
- You can configure notifications emails for Outbound and Inbound fax status to show All, Success, or Failures.
- You can also configure where the notification includes a copy of the sent or received fax, and email confirmations on email to fax.
- Click Save
