This article outlines how to configure a URL Call Popup for any user.
Requirements
Basic User Access to Manager Portal or higher
NOTE: Office Manager Access is required for initial configuration
Manager Portal Configuration
- Log in to the Manager Portal
- Click on Integrations
- Select the URL Call Popup tile
- Select a user from the list. Configured users will show a checkmark next to their names
- Click chosen user and configure settings:
- Dial Configuration: On Ring or On Answer
- Enabled: Toggle Disable/Enable
- Send Mode: Silent or Open in New Tab
- URL: The URL you wish to pop up
- Integration Field List: Inserts fields in URL
- Method: POST/GET
- After making your changes, click Save
