- Office Manager Access required for initial configuration
- Target web application URL (CRM, helpdesk, dashboard, etc.)
- Modern web browser with popup permissions enabled

Without URL Call Popup:

Setup Instructions

Step 2: Configure Your Target URL
- Enter your target URL in the Popup URL field
- Use these variables to pass caller information:

Step 3: Save Settings
- Click Save to apply your settings

Enable Popup Permissions
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Site Settings → Pop-ups and redirects → Add your Manager Portal URL to "Allowed to send pop-ups"
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Permissions → Notifications → Settings → Allow for Manager Portal
- Safari: Preferences → Websites → Pop-up Windows → Allow for Manager Portal
- Edge: Settings → Site permissions → Pop-ups and redirects → Add Manager Portal URL
