This article discusses the FCC Ten-Digit Dialing mandate and our response.
Background
Due to overlapping exchanges, several rate centers have begun requiring the use of 10 digit dialing. In addition, several area codes have numbers that start 988 which conflicts with the National Suicide Hotline. As such, the FCC began requiring 10 digit dialing in those areas as well.

Solution
Whenever 7 digits are dialed, our system has always sent out 10 digits by prepending the Area Code listed for the user. This means that our users can continue to dial 7 digits as they always have and still be able to connect. The Call History will show the full 10 digits. If your phone has any difficulty connecting it is likely due to a misconfiguration of the phone itself. Contact support and we will make the necessary corrections.
