Datagate: How to Assign Rate Cards for Usage

Scope
The customer Assignments page is used to assign Rate cards to a customer for usage to calculate.
Requirements
- Access to the Datagate Portal
Assign Rate Card to Customer
- Click on Customers in the main menu
- Click on the Customer Code or Name link in the customer list table
- Click on Assignment tab
- Click + Button
- Select the following information:
- Rating Item: Choose the Usage you will be assigning to them.
- Service Item: Leave as All Service Items.
- From: Choose the date you want to start billing for usage as of.
- Click the floppy disk to save.
