Scope Requirements

Intended Audience: White Label Partners

The following steps will show you how to export your Datagate invoices to HaloPSA.

Log in to Datagate
Navigate to Invoicing
Switch to Action Invoices
Change Invoice status to Sent Manually
Select the invoices with the Generated status
Click the Action Button and Select Mark as Sent
1. Your invoices status should now show Sent Manually
Select the invoices you want to export
Click the Actions Button and Select Export Invoice
The Type of Export is going to be Halo Multiline. Then click Export
Go ahead and map the invoices following the mapping steps below:
1. Contracts Mapping: Select the contract to export the invoices to
2. Grouping Type: Select how you want your usage grouped
  1. Service: Type of service e.g Tolls, Toll-Free, etc
  2. Cost Center: if applicable
  3. Site: Sites listed in the company profile
3. Product Mapping: Select the products you created in HaloPSA for each item
4. Surcharge Mapping: Select the item created in HaloPSA for surcharges, if applicable
5. Tax Mapping:
  1. Single Line Taxes: Select the items you created in HaloPSA for taxes
  2. Multiline Taxes: Check Multiline Taxes and select the items you created in HalosPSA for each tax listed
6. Existing Items: Always choose Keep Existing Items
7. Price Calculation: Choose Summarised (Only choose Average Payment if you want to export usage minutes to HaloPSA. The unit line will be averaged)
Click Export
Invoices will be sent to HaloPSA
