Datagate: Add and Edit Customer Products

Scope
Intended Audience: All Datagate Users
Products are the fixed monthly charges that are provisioned for a customer to allow simple recurring billing of the fixed portion of their invoice.
Requirements
- Access to Datagate
Adding/Editing Products
- Navigate to the customer you will be adding products to.
- Click on the Products tab.

- Click the + button and choose Add Product

- Select a product template from the Template dropdown

- Change the from date to the day you would like invoicing for this product to begin.

- Hover over the Recurring Charges/Period and click edit to change the sell and quantity of the product

- Click update charge when completed.
- Click the floppy disk to save.
Removing Products
To remove a product effective immediately:
- Navigate to the customer you will be removing products from.
- Click on the Products tab.
- Select the Product you are removing and select the Delete icon
- Select Confirm
To remove a product effective as of a future date:
- Navigate to the customer you will be removing products from.
- Click on the Products tab.
- Select the Product you would like to update
- Update the To section to the date you’d like billing to end
- Click the floppy disk to save.
