Job Position
Who We're Looking For
We seek a talented and motivated DevOps / Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team at a OIT. The ideal candidate will be crucial in enhancing our development, deployment, and operational processes by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our VoIP services and applications.
Position Information
Full/Part Time: Full time
Location: Fully remote
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000/year
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST
Growth Position: This is a growth position. The goal is to groom each employee to eventually manage a team as our needs become more complex. Individuals who show the capacity for leadership and management will be promoted in both title and compensation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain integrations with various platforms including:
- Salesforce
- Datagate
- AWS services
- Digital Ocean
- Netsapiens
- Various other web platforms
- Work with client and internally initiated automation requests
- Support internal platforms as part of escalations from other departments
- Maintenance tasks associated with internal platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, infrastructure, and deployments promptly
- Create and maintain documentation used for internal and client-facing systems
Skills Needed
- Low code and no code tools like
- Rewst
- N8N
- Zapier
- NodeJS
- Powershell
- REST APIs
- Github
- Visual Studio Code
- SalesForce Apex (preferred, but not required)
- The ideal person for the role will be comfortable researching new technologies and figuring out solutions with minimal input from management
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Azure experience
- VoIP toolset and troubleshooting experience
